Solar Access Index (SAI) rates a surface’s photo-electric potential relative to the maximum within its location.

SAI compares every point of a given rooftop to an ideal scenario – a perfectly pitched, perfectly oriented, unobstructed, fixed plane within the same geographical/climate region.

SAI is location-specific and ranges from 0 to 1. Solar System works with a feasibility threshold of 0.4 or greater and defines high-yield as 0.7 and higher.

OK

The selection represents the current system configuration.

By default, Solar System preselects all areas with high-yield solar potential.
